Cancellation and refund rules
Submitting a website form is free and can be cancelled by informing our team. Paid bookings, deposits, rider rentals, and partner commitments follow the signed agreement or payment receipt terms.
Before vehicle handover
- If a rider cancels before verification or vehicle handover, applicable refunds depend on processing status and agreement terms.
- Documentation, onboarding, or payment gateway charges may be non-refundable where already incurred.
- Ozoride may reschedule handover if documents, payment, or vehicle availability is pending.
After vehicle handover
Rent, deposits, late fees, damage charges, challans, missing accessories, and lock-in obligations will be settled as per the rider agreement before closure.
Partner cancellation
Fleet partner cancellations, exits, lock-in periods, asset transfer, deployment delays, and settlement timelines are governed by the final partner agreement.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or verified bank account within the timeline communicated by Ozoride, subject to bank/payment partner processing.
