Rental use and rider responsibility
This policy applies to riders who rent or use an Ozoride EV scooty. Detailed obligations may vary by the signed rider agreement and operating location.
Eligibility
- Riders must provide valid identity, address, phone, and driving eligibility documents.
- Riders must complete onboarding, payment, vehicle handover checks, and safety instructions before using a vehicle.
- Vehicles may not be transferred, sublet, modified, or used by an unauthorized person.
Safe and permitted use
- Follow traffic rules, wear required safety gear, and use the vehicle only for lawful purposes.
- Do not overload, tamper with battery systems, remove tracking devices, or damage vehicle parts.
- Report accidents, theft, breakdowns, challans, or battery issues immediately to Ozoride support.
Maintenance and return
Routine maintenance support may be included as per plan. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, missing parts, or late return may attract charges.
Payments
Rent, deposits, penalties, late fees, and other charges will follow the rider agreement. Continued vehicle use requires timely payment and compliance.
